Description
Archie Adamisin wanted to build this original Comet Dimer. He traced the parts from the original plan and created other parts where they were not available. I laser-cut those parts for him and he built the model – and flew it in the middle of snowy Kentucky!
This is a reproduction of the original Comet A-148 kit (in the 1936 Comet Catalog) with only a couple of minor changes. This will come with a copy of the original Comet plan, to sheets of laser-cut balsa parts, and a set of notes that Archie compiled.
This SHORT KIT contains a copy of the Comet plan and two sheets of laser cut parts.
Here’s a video of Archie’s prototype flying indoors.

Archie’s prototype used a 5.5″ NP Prop with a loop of 3/32″ rubber and came out at 11 grams ready to fly without rubber.
