For printing on tissue – or even airbrushing – we need to know accurate color representations. Here is some basic information that I have found.
Sometimes when you are searching for your documentation, you will find color references like this:
That’s great! But what is RLM04? It looks like Yellow, but what yellow is it?
After much searching, I found a great site that provides national camo colors, cross-referenced to FS595 value (FS595 is a US standard, not international) AND conversions to both RGB and HEX. RGB and HEX values can be used to set up your Photoshop or other design software.

***NOTE*** If you look around long enough, you will find DIFFERENT FS values for “standard” colors. This is a hazard. I don’t know why this has happened, but maybe different authorities have interpreted colors differently. You can read about my previous ventures in Fleet Air Arm colors here.
