Description
This may be the BEST Jimmie Allen model. While it is similar to the Skokie, it is bigger, with a 26″ span and a fatter fuselage for rubber. In addition, it flies great. after I got it trimmed, mine saw several 5-minute flights in a row (thanks to a fussy DT).
This short kit includes a 36″ rolled plan, 2 sheets of 1/16″ laser-cut balsa, 2 sheets of 1/32″ laser-cut balsa, a small sheet of 1/64″ laser-cut ply, plus a 2″ diameter wheel kit. The plan is a newly-drawn plan, traced from the original and includes multiple Motor Peg locations and an optional DT system.
Recommend 10″ prop and 4 loops of 1/8″ rubber as a starting point.
