Possibly the “floaty-est” JetCat I have made to date. It is small (10.5″ wingspan), but zooms right up and sets into a very nice glide. My prototype weighs 13 grams and still floats right along and won its first outdoor contest! The He178 is a shoulder wing for great glider performance. The full scale was the first jet aircraft to fly, in 1939. It never made it to production, but it makes a great glider with simple colorings.
A profile scale catapult glider that is simple to build, light, and a good flyer. Complete kit with all parts (excepting paint and glue!) as follows:

3 sheet 1/32″ laser cut balsa fuselage & tail
1 3D printed fuselage nose

2 1/16″ square basswood leading edges
1 0.005″ carbon fiber fuselage strip
1 FAC-legal catapult handle with rubber
